The event focuses on sustainability with the latest environmentally friendly, and other best-selling quality products, on show to the trade distributors and their invited clients. There are also specialist speakers on important sustainable topics.

Sustainable Merchandise World is predominantly a trade exhibition for professional promotional merchandise distributors. Uniquely, distributors can also invite, and bring, their selected clients.
This one-day exhibition is held in September each year and is an important exhibition for the trade to meet to see new and hot products for the peak selling season. It is also a unique opportunity for distributors to invite their hand-picked clients to experience the professionalism of the industry.
The Sustainable Merchandise World exhibition features environmentally friendly promotional merchandise, but not exclusively, as all quality promotional merchandise will be of interest to all visitors.
The show also features professional speakers, who educate and inform on important sustainability issues and opportunities.
All the sales team and management from professional distributor companies are welcomed. Only invited and pre-registered distributor clients are admitted, and general end-users are not able to gain entry.
Distributor clients are unable to visit Merchandise World in January as that show is strictly trade exclusive.

Merchandise World is the UK’s largest and most prestigious promotional merchandise exhibition.
The 2-day exhibition is exclusively for all team members and management from invited professional distributor companies, and is held in January each year.
This is a must-attend event for professional distributors visiting predominantly from the UK & Ireland. Visitors also come from Europe and as far as the USA.
Exhibitors consist of manufacturers and wholesalers from the UK and European Union who present new product ranges, environmentally friendly products, and their best-selling lines.
On the first evening, The BPMA Awards Gala Dinner is held, with around 500 members of the trade in attendance.
The UK promotional merchandise industry’s collective market spend is in excess of £1.2 Billion.
